Peter, the incredibly talented violinist behind Ponderosa Strings, truly made the day unforgettable. He composed original music for our processional and recessional (yes—composed!), and then completely surprised and delighted our guests by plugging into the reception sound system and jamming live along to modern pop songs. The crowd went wild!
Peter was amazing to work with—he totally got our vision, but also had great ideas and guidance when we weren’t quite sure what we wanted. From the Bride and Groom’s perspective, we couldn’t offer higher praise.

Above and Beyond!
Elise went above and beyond expectations providing live music for a portion of our wedding ceremony. She accommodated our specific request for a complete performance of Bach’s first cello suite as a prelude to our ceremony while guests were arriving. Since she knew it was a meaningful request for me, the bride, and I would be offsite during the performance, she did a full run-through during our rehearsal so I could enjoy it and have a preview of what our guests would hear the next day. Both performances were lovely, and we received so many compliments on the music! Elise’s joyful and professional demeanor made working with her a pleasure, and I would highly recommend hiring her for any event.

Absolute Highlight
We had the absolute pleasure of working with Peter Kennedy to play during our wedding ceremony. Peter knocked it out of the park. He was so helpful in working with us leading up to the event to try and make our vision work.
