Raised in a ponderosa pine forest in Colorado, Elise performed her first wedding 10 years ago and loves celebrating people’s big moments with music. As a conservatory-trained cellist, Elise performs regularly in both concert halls and less traditional venues. Recent performance highlights include winning the staff solo competition at Blue Lake Fine Arts Camp and performing on live radio on “Live from Hochstein.” Elise is the Assistant Principal cellist of the Boulder Symphony and an active chamber musician. In addition to performing, Elise has a passion for teaching and strongly believes in equitable music education. She teaches at El Sistema Colorado, a non-profit that serves youth from historically marginalized communities in Denver. Elise holds a BM in Cello Performance from the Eastman School of Music where she studied with David Ying, and a Masters in Cello Performance from CU Boulder where she studied with David Requiro.

Colorado local Peter loves bringing joy to others through music, and cherishes connecting over moments of beauty with his audience. Peter is an active performer throughout the state, appearing frequently with Boulder Symphony, Longmont Symphony, and Symphony of the Rockies. He looks forward to every opportunity to play chamber music, from mountaintop weddings to festive galas. In addition to performing, he enjoys teaching privately and supporting school music programs through Parlando School of Musical Arts, and is a recurring contributor to its Commissioned Composers Project. 

Peter earned a B.A. in Music and Mathematics from Lehigh University, where he studied with Michael Jorgensen and Paul Salerni. Outside of music, Peter can be found trail running, tutoring math, reading… and enjoying the fresh scent of ponderosa pine trees.

Eli is a proud Coloradan, avid chamber musician, and orchestral violinist. He combines academic studies in music theory and musicology with practical performance, both in historically informed practice and in explorations of tuning pedagogy. He has performed with the Gardetto Quintet, Aspen Festival Orchestra, Colorado Mahlerfest Orchestra, Fort Collins Opera, Ovation West Theater Company, and is excited to perform in the upcoming new musical Miss Manhattan. Beyond his performing life, Eli enjoys arranging and editing to increase access to the repertory of early music and works by underrepresented composers. He holds a B.M. from CU Boulder, studying under Alex Gonzalez and Claude Sim.

Amelie is a passionate violinist, educator, and arts administrator. With a strong belief that music education should be accessible to all, she teaches beginner violin group classes to students in local public schools in the Denver Metro Area and serves as the Outreach Coordinator at the Denver Young Artists Orchestra. An avid performer, she has been working with ensembles such as the Boulder Symphony, the Symphony of the Rockies, and Ponderosa Strings to bring fun and engaging music to a variety of audiences. 

Amélie earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Music from Colorado State University where she studied under Leslie Stewart and Zo Manfredi. In her free time, she enjoys rock climbing and playing with her dog Ivy.
